Phase 1 : Potential Preconstruction Bid Opportunities
Review of Design Documents for constructability and supporting development of Design Documents
Identification of additional geotechnical and other site investigations, if any;
Identification of cost-effective value engineering alternatives;
Active participation in the Senior Project Group and Working Groups;
Evaluation of construction phasing options and development of the schedule for the Phase 2 Work under an iterative process;
